Individual Sessions

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling individual sessions. Cancelling between 48 and 24 hours prior incurs a 50% fee, while cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows result in a 100% fee. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you’ll lose the non-refundable $150 deposit, and you’ll also be responsible for paying the remaining amount of the session fee.

Training Workshops, Onsite Services & Group Supervision Sessions

For training workshops, onsite services, and group supervision sessions, a minimum of 4 working days’ notice is needed for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Postponements

Please be aware that due to high demand, postponing your appointment may result in a 2-3 weeks delay in securing the next available appointment.

Running Late

If you arrive late for your consultation, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled time. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in a 100% non-attendance fee, and it will be assumed that you will not attend the session.
